Hence, while the world started welcoming developments in technology, knowledge workers are given better options to transmit their expertise via a specified technology, while profiting from it at the same time.


Seminars may now be done online, hence the webinars. Tutorials may be downloadable online, hence experts may just create their manuals in e-formats once but may be accessed any time by any number of users anywhere in the world. Thanks to technology.
